There’s no such thing as perfection in writing anyway. You might write something half-decent one day and a stinker the next, it’s just how it goes.

The willingness to keep learning is key. Like most skills, writing is something you learn by doing, not by reading endless self-congratulatory listicles about how to be a writer. ;-)
