Hello, Craig LaCasse, and thanks for your response! It’s important we take a long hard look at ourselves on a regular basis and figure out how we can improve rather than let things happen to us.

The idea of the helpless consumer irks me. In fact, America’s view of people as consumers first and foremost is so dehumanizing I refuse to abide by it because we’re worth so much more than a dollar figure.
