Well, here’s the thing: I’m really, really trying to have conversations here and I’m the patient type. So long as there’s some form of argument or message behind the reply, I’ll address it. And anyone who loves the dictionary as much as I do will always get a reply.

My reasoning is that we needn’t always agree so long as we can have a civilized conversation about our different viewpoints.

However, should someone start crapping all over my work for attention and go into full rant mode as happened once this week — copying vast swathes of the internet in the process — I won’t bother replying and will quietly remove their response instead.
