It still baffles me that some folks view depression as a lifestyle choice rather than an illness that can strike anyone and even be chronic in some cases.

I can relate to much of what you say, Dennett. The worst part of it is being so exhausted you’re not longer able to get proper quality rest because there’s either no time, your brain won’t let you, or both.

I wish you much restful sleep.
