I don’t know why many allege creativity is this weird otherworldly thing that is the preserve of a chosen few when it clearly is not. For example, a homeless person is undoubtedly far more creative than most of us because their survival depends on it.
Thinking of creativity as something rare and exclusive only discourages those who don’t think they have it in them to create anything when we all create all day, every day in myriad ways...
Thanks to the internet, we all enjoy equal creative opportunities, too.
For me, this is a thrilling thought that hasn’t lost its power even though I first got online around 1995.
