Thank you, kurt gasbarra. I’ve puzzled over your reply since it came on Thursday morning… My challenge in tackling those topics in writng is to try and remain fair, and to consider both sides.

Kindness matters, however I have a well-documented tendency to extend it to all but myself, which stems from years of abuse. Writing is a way to try and address this.

No idea if I’ll ever succeed but I can try.
