Words and writing have the power to carry us if only we let them, but it’s the surrendering that is often difficult as it calls for radical honesty that is deeply uncomfortable. It does get less bothersome with time, however.

Eventually it becomes a habit and that’s when we know we’ve definitely built up some strength… xo
