I strongly suspect your “why” was digital citizenship, some kind of neighborhood watch, if you will, self-regulated, fair, and helpful. It certainly was mine because Invisible Illness is an amazingly supportive community that doesn’t deserve to be exploited by any grifter.

As you know, I’m slightly obsessed with words, the internet, and how we can use both to make this world a gentler, more tolerable, and more equitable place.

In many more ways than one, I do believe Medium is an ideal sandbox.

Lastly, I did try to tag Jessica Wildfire but it didn’t work and when I look back at the reply on full screen (rather than the new sidebar box thingie that appeared out of nowhere for comments and which I used), it failed. There’s probably a bug somewhere…
